
David Cuddy
Born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, Producer David Cuddy graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and has a Masters of Business Administration from Gozanga University.
Cuddy was elected to the Alaska State Legislature and served one term. He worked for the First National Bank of Alaska for 22 years, starting as a bank teller and ending as president of the bank, and he still works summers on contract as Internal Credit Examiner. He served as CFO of a Boston dot.com in 2000, and he became Senior Vice President for Entertainment Business Group in Los Angeles, where he consulted for independent film producers. He served three years on the Board of Directors of a telecommunications company in Alaska and is presently a state governor-appointed Board Member of the Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline Authority, which is building a $20 billion pipeline across Alaska.
Since 2006, Mr. Cuddy has been developing and producing films for the Home Video Market. His accomplishments over the last five years include several films that are distributed all over the world. Some titles to his films include: Secret At Arrow Lake, ASCENT, Corruption.gov, The Lights, and The Light In The Forest.
His is currently executive producing and producing the “In The Shadow of Mark” trilogy which will be released theatrically next year. His latest film entitled, “Jerusalem Countdown,” is going to be released in limited theaters in August 2011 and “Christmas With A Capital C,” will premiere on the GMC network during the 2011 Christmas season. “Christmas With A Capital C,” was given the highest nod of approval by Bill O’Reilly on the O’Reilly Factor and honored with the “Faith and Freedom” award from the world’s most formidable Christian movie reviewer, Movieguide.com.
James Chankin
Mr. Chankin has over fourteen years’ experience in the entertainment industry as a Producer and Director on over 60 projects, including movies, live concerts, one-man shows, television series, commercials and documentaries. His diverse and dynamic career has led him to produce projects in unique locations all over the world.
Mr. Chankin is currently President of Production for Vision Scape Studios and owns Chankin Entertainment, LLC (CE), who has specialized the past six years in visual marketing, from concept to creation, producing nitch programming for the television and DVD market; consulting for other production companies. During this time CE has partnered with add agencies to develop campaigns producing over forty-five national short and long form commercial adds for the retail, cosmetic, health and music industry. He has created and sold reality shows to Discovery Channel, A&E, and MTV, produced live concerts, music videos, documentaries for both the Spanish and English market, and one man live-shows for television. CE’s clientele include NVE Pharmaceuticals, Stacker, Dawson Group, Storm Media, Universal Music Group, Bee Gees, Robin Gibb, Sir Paul McCartney, Ice-T, Juvenile, Go-Go’s, Michael Winslow, Alternitiva (Soie Cosmetics), Dynapep, Studio Estates, LLC, Eminem, Rascal Flats, Wyclef, Juice Newton, Godsmack, Looney Tunes, Joe Jackson, Daddy Yankee, AHM Music & Media Development, Palawan Productions, Conflict of Interest, LLC, Devils Thumb, LLC, and Mia Father LLC.
Most recently Mr. Chankin has ventured into the faith and family market because of his belief in promoting a positive message by producing and distributing high quality products to an under developed market. Along with producing five faith based films in the last two years Mr. Chankin has continued consulting with a primary focus of completing and securing distributing for distressed films. Throughout his career Mr. Chankin has been instrumental in creating, developing and overseeing different aspects of the entertainment industry. Mr. Chankin was key in the development and success of STS Media, a boutique home video distribution and production company that he co-owned. The company financed, acquired, produced, and distributed 35 titles in two years (independent films, TV series, documentaries and live concerts), garnering a Grammy nomination and over one million dollars in gross revenue. As president, Mr. Chankin’s role in the company was to analyze, develop, and create programming that was commercially viable for the home video and television markets. His responsibilities included oversight for new productions from their inception, securing capital, attaching and negotiating talent, selling the licensing to multiple territories, and creatively producing and directing the programs from concept to delivery.
Before Mr. Chankin ventured into production and distribution business he was the Vice President in Charge of Production for Coming Home Productions, where he was responsible for overseeing the production slate. He also excelled at strategic planning for the company, analyzing all potential projects, and making recommendations to identify which programs were financially stable, developing production budgets, coordinating talent-production relations, overseeing multiple live concert productions at any one time, coordinating crews, and producing programs across the United States.

Vision Scape Studios is proud to announce a new member of the team, Mr. David Christmas. Mr. Christmas will be the new Director of Sales for Vision Scape’s distribution arm of the company.
With a 20 year history in both domestic and international sales and marketing, Mr. Christmas plans to expand the sales of Vision Scape’s licensed and produced programming.
Mr. James Chankin, Vision Scape’s President of Production, is excited to have Mr. Christmas aboard and is looking forward to the growth of Vision Scape’s catalogue and distribution arm in 2012.
Since 2007, Mr. Christmas has focused his efforts in entertainment production and distribution. His 17 years of sales in the medical/surgical industry proved that Mr. Christmas has a unique ability for selling product in a competitive market. He exceeded his companies’ sales expectations and was quickly promoted to Vice President of Sales within five years. Mr. Christmas’ responsibilities were products sales and distribution for numerous medical manufacturers and of medical instrumentation and supplies.
With an entrepreneur spirit, Mr. Christmas transferred his efforts into the real estate in 1995 and successfully completed over 1179 profitable transactions.
Mr. Chankin is looking forward to working with Mr. Christmas because of the creative vision and new ideas how to market and sell the projects that we have under our banner.
